all i can say is that most of the time, i don't mean to be condescending, but in the end, i am a hypocrite. we all know that "people shouldn't judge," but everyone does. it's simply a stupid and useless platitude to make others feel better.

i have high standards, and if the people with whom i associate do not meet those standards, yes, i admit, sometimes i criticize. however, i will not apologize for wanting to be with the best people on the planet.

so ultimately, you are completely correct, in saying that i am judgmental and critical. and yet, despite this flaw of mine, i manage to have the best people in the world as friends and acquaintances, and i would not give that up for anything.
