..all the time. this is why i honestly don’t have friends anymore. this is honestly why i’ve distanced myself. i know it’s not good for me. but the constant questioning just made me realize how it’s apparent and that people notice. i don’t want people i know to know. but they do. they can see it in my body language, in my facial expressions, in the way i talk. i know they can. and it freaks me out so i stay away. i feel like it takes more energy out of me to pretend to be okay around people, so i don’t feel like hanging out. i don’t know. sorry for rambling.

Yeah i have really bad concentration too like even if i see a fly i kind of just zoom out haha. I am just sort of scared i still don't know which HS I am going to, but the one i am supose to go none of my friends are going there so it means starting over new.
