      Exercise and eat less carbo! :) Impt thing is to sustain and not change your habits drastically at once.

      Haha leave ur card on scanner and ask ur friend to follow quickly behind to pick up the card and scan again

      Haha thank u but it is not flat at all, though it was easier to lose tummy fats were easier than the other body parts!
