OPOSSUM.
I mean, I had a small one briefly. We found him in the backyard last 4th of July. But I later released him in the park about a week later, after making sure he wasn't injured. They're AWFULLY stinky, however.
We had a raccoon that I raised, as well. They're amazing animals, but they require a lot of attention and a house you don't mind having wrecked on occasion. Even after having one for that time, I'd prefer to just have friendly raccoons that come by for snacks instead of having to care for one. -
It's just my regular internet username. It's also 'oblivious' 'ally'. Not Sally, as many people seem to think. It's a weird reference to the lyrics 'oblivious to the obvious' in a Soul Asylum song.

Men In Black, The Cell, Zoolander, Anchorman, Talledega Nights, the Ginger Snaps trilogy, most Disney movies.
Honestly, I really love re-re-re-watching movies and television shows because I'm one of those sorts who doesn't catch everything the first (or even second) time though. I learn something more about what I'm watching or about the characters each time I re-watch something, so it's always worthwhile for me. -
Hahaha, does that mean someone values my opinion? CRAZY.

I guess this depends on why you're asking this question. On one hand, are you wanting your character more identifiable for popularity? Or is it more in the terms of not wanting to be lost in the masses of generic foxes, wolves, and cats.
I'm going to go into a bit of a ramble on good character design and unique character design, so bare with me. Even if it's not the exact nature of your question.
Your character in particular stands in the simple category. It's a relatively normal looking specimen of a cougar. This isn't a bad thing, mind you. In fact, I think it's best to have a basic character visually (or with some minor identifying marks/accessories) with a solid background and personality. It never hurt anyone to have a little bit of flair, but it's always good to keep it on the modest side. There's far too many characters out there with ridiculous markings/accessories/weapons/bullshit.
My 'fursona' is based strictly off of myself in real life. I do my best to keep her close to my body type, hairstyle at the time and fashion tastes. Sure, sometimes she doesn't have glasses and sometimes she's a little thinner than I am because I'm an inconsistent twit. If your character is based off of you, disregard my previous paragraph. XD
TL;DR: There's nothing really specific that makes your character stand out amongst the throngs of furry characters out there. There's not TOO many cougars, so that would narrow the field down, at least! -

UM PRETTY MUCH SINCE BIRTH. I WAS SO AWESOME, THERE'S RUMOR THERE WERE TWO OF MY, BUT ONE HAD TO BE DESTROYED BECAUSE DOUBLE MY AWESOME WOULD CAUSE A BLACK HOLE OR SOMETHING. IT'S REAL SCIENTIFIC AND SHIT.

We've known each other since high school. We met in the 7th grade drama club and I was exceptionally obnoxious because I discovered he could draw and he didn't much like me at all at the time.
We hung out in the same social circles and when one of his friends ended up moving on and doing something else, we stared hanging out more. Turns out we had a lot of geeky/dumb things in common and we've pretty much attached at the hip since then.
We didn't start dating until after graduation, however. But we tell everyone we've been together since '97 because, let's be honest, it's more impressive. -
Jason X (which I PAID TO SEE, even), the Friday the 13thh remake that even Jared Padalecki couldn't save.
-
Ms. Bundy/Takash in high school for science/astronomy. She was just quirky and funny and loved extra credit projects that involved food.

1997, which was filled with alien conspiracies,, The X-Files and Men in Black.
2007-2008, when TJ and I lived in Seattle. Aside from, of course, the drama with our roommate. Take that out and it was ~amazing~. -
Any time a stranger helps me with anything I'm really blown away. I try to look for the best in people, but I always assume everyone is out for themselves.
Most recently, numerous friends helped me with some financial troubles, expecting nothing in return. To say I was grateful would be a severe understatement. -
Given someone the last of my money so they could buy food. At least, that's the first thing that comes to mind.

DISHES. I HATE DISHES SO MUCH. Thankfully, I'm teaching myself to at least TOLERATE them because I have a tiny kitchen and I have to keep it clean.
-
Kind of. I believe in karma and 'what goes around comes around'. Regardless of this, I try my best to do good by other people and I'll bend over backwards to help out my friends and people who deserve it.

I'm currently infatuated with Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki. Because I'm a narcissist and this is a fantasy question (they're both married to awesome chicks who make them happy), I'd like to date Jared because we are SO. MUCH. ALIKE.

Silent Hill 3, Katamari Damacy, Animal Crossing, Super Mario Bros. 3.

Comfortable temperatures, going out to eat, maybe a trip to the zoo with friends, then possibly dancing all night.
Really, anything that involves my bros is awesome. -
Where The Wild Things Are. I also had a childrens story treasury that I cannot find a copy of to this day. It had a story in it about an owl named Raoul.
