I have a video on this actually. I have a very stubborn waterline though. Nothing truly stays.

I use a Clarisonic once sometimes twice a day so I don't exfoliate often other than that. Maybe once every 2 weeks.

I actually don't have one.

I used Balmain extensions so they were pretty pricey. About $300. It's just going to depend on what kind of extensions & what brand. It's going to vary quite a bit.

Of course not... There's not a color I won't wear because of my lips.
