Answering questions because I forgot formspring existed! (It's kind of pointless to ask me questions here anyways when you can ask me on tumblr now, but I'll answer the two I got months ago for the fun of it.)
So, I don't really identify with either being an introvert or an extrovert. It's a bit more than black and white, there's a nice gradient of a gray in the center. I wouldn't consider myself smack dab in the middle, I'm probably leaning more towards being an introvert but certainly not nearly as much of one as some people, nor even close to the extreme.
The quickest definition I can give is that an introvert is someone who can't be around too many people for too long without getting stressed or exhausted while tending to prefer solitude. (No shyness involved, they just get overwhelmed easily.) An extrovert is the opposite, where they constantly want to be around other people and require constant social interaction, and solitude is something they'd rather not deal with.
In many cases I'll have a little bit of both qualities. There are times where I get overwhelmed by crowds and just want to move away from it, especially when there's a lot of tension or noise. At other times I can get incredibly lonely and almost irritated when I have no one to talk to. Then again this is all kind of normal behavior for anyone.
Any of my "introverted" tendencies can probably ACTUALLY be attributed to my shyness. Imagine that, having shyness mistaken for introversion instead of the other way around like it usually is. But yeah, I tend to get shy around strangers, or people I've heard of but don't know very well. So really I'm not really in either category, though I suppose there are times where my mood could fit one or the other.
Oh and both extremes can be very annoying, but otherwise it tends to be a quality I don't think about too much (unless Jeremy the boyfriend decides he wants to be left alone on occasion.) Honestly I think it's something to take into consideration when you know people who are either, but not something to make a big deal over. (I also kind of get annoyed with people who use it as an "I'm a special snowflake!" tactic.) -
They didn't fly into space, storm a beach or bring back gold! No, sir, we did! It's you and me against the world, son!

One of my friends from 6th grade actually inspired me to start actively drawing. Back then I was awful, but she inspired me to continually improve and draw almost every day.
Recently, my greatest inspiration has been Andrew Hussie and MS Paint Adventures. I'd sort of given up really pursuing art until I read Homestuck. It's what drew my interest in webcomics to an all time high and his success and fantastic storytelling really got me interested in art again.
In the Homestuck package came Alexandra Douglass (good ol' Lexxy <3) and her artwork and style really blew me away. I still look up to her artwork and hope to learn a lot from her techniques.
Genre-wise (steampunk/fantasy) and stylistically I really admire Keith Thompson's work. Also his dark and edgy stories behind each of his pieces really pushes me to do the same for any of my own original work. -
That is the best thing I have heard all night.

Well the question for you was somewhat legitimate, I'm just asking Solatrus questions to bug him and I had Squiddles on mind.
I'm more or less one of the few fans who wants to see waaayy more Squiddles appreciation than there is, and I'm hoping to actually promote the fandom of Squiddles. And because Squiddles is such a loose canon (no pun intended), I have a lot of headcanon going for me. And Radiation messed with my headcanon in the commentary for Alterniabound! He said the Squiddles don't actually love Skipper Plumbthroat! (Not that I actually care, I found it kind of funny.)
But yeah, Billy the Bellsuit Diver x Princess Berryboo OTP! -
Oh snap, a question. Well, you likely already know, mister, but I shall say anyways.
I have a number of things in store. Most recently I have to finish an album cover for Solatrus's super cool awesome album art contest. Then I'm going to spend all of March working on character designs for a webcomic idea I have! (Working title: Steampunk Zombie Apocolypse).
Other than that, I suppose we'll have to see. I have a ton of crap I need to finish that I started... I just need to find the time to do it. >:T Too many people out there with so much free time, spamming people with their art. I wish I could spam people with my art.
