i am only going to new york for a month or two, the rest on the year i plan to stay in australia. travel around in our campervan we will soon buy. ofcourse we will see him, and learn from him.

we created the blog from scratch. matt wrote the html/css and it took a very, very long time. it just depends on how badly you want it!

i am 18 and i am not pregnant. but if i were, i'd be disappointed in your narrow mindedness and immaturity. there is no magic number, where on that birthday you are suddenly ready for a child. it is about experience, circumstance and love. i know adults who never should have had children, and 16 year olds who make incredible and loving mothers.

they found out i was only 16 and weren't legally able to have me interning over there. could have been fun.

interesting question! i always think of this. sometimes i think it is because of my hope of (even subtly) changing the industry, swaying it in a less superficial direction. othertimes i think because it pays so much in short bursts that i can spend most my life living rather than working and i will have more time to spend with my children. and sometimes i think i chose fashion photography because it gives you the most opportunity to use your imagination.

one day soon i'm sure i'll write lullabies and bedtime stories to sing and read to my children at night. maybe when i'm an old, hermit lady living alone in the mountains with my goat and seven hens i will write novels. -

breathe slowly. i've probably been deeper into where you are now and i escaped. everyone's scared. lame and cliche i know but you should just do it. just do SOMETHING. taking risks will build your confidence. remember the more you do what you love the more the world will acknowledge you for that love.

my focus isn't being successful, my focus is being happy. i spend very little time thinking of success or whether i am good enough. i just do what comes naturally and take kindly what comes my way.

it's just not me or my style. there is little that is new to photograph, it's all been done. i love the creative control i get with portraits and fashion photography. plus i can't stand being walked over, my vision has to be heard.
