Hey you! Ask me something!

Do you even have to ask? (Said Niko to the automated question service) Mario! Don't get me wrong, I rolled around ideas for other characters, but I kept thinking of those who I relate to more and then realized their lives kind of suck. Mario's got it made.

I'm really overthinking this question because I feel like it's a strange thing to ask. It's an amalgamation of all traits that makes someone a friend, and it's hard to choose a "best." I don't want to seem like I'm saying, "I like you mostly for this reason." Or maybe it's just me. To actually answer the question as best I can, I would say it comes down to intelligence, sense of humor, talent, independence, kindness, and things shared in common. This also makes me feel like I'm talking behind their back, even though it's all positive. Maybe because it's so obvious who I'm talking about.

Small? I guess? Well, it depends on what I'm doing for the company. Like if I was just doing regular work in retail or whatever, I feel like I'd be more comfortable with small companies rather than big chains. But if we're talking working at, say, an animation studio, then it doesn't matter to me if it's small or large,

    5. Niko Anesti

No. I can't even do amusement park rides that go up in the air without totally freaking out. I don't think I'd do well outside of the atmosphere.

I don't really have much of a desire to be famous, now that I think of it. I want my stuff to be famous, but not me. And oddly, out of the two, I'd go with actor, even though I'm way more into music than acting or anything related to that. Well, better at music, I mean. But I can't help imagine the life of a rockstar versus the life of just a celebrity, and I dunno, the rockstar lifestyle doesn't seem to appeal that much to me. I can't pinpoint why. The closest thing I'd probably ever do to acting though is stand-up comedy. Sorry, I'm putting too much thought into a hypothetical situation.

Definitely Mac. For me, it's not a status thing, like how some people just think it's cool to have Apple stuff and buy anything that the company shits out. I'm on my second year of using my own Mac and I have had no problems and nothing to complain about. Whereas I've used various Windows systems since 2000, and was always having trouble in one way or another. A lot of viruses, a lot of crashes, and a lot of lost data. Sure, that's partially my fault for not backing up everything on an external hard drive, but on the other hand, I shouldn't have to; the computer should be reliable. When I first got my Mac, everyone kept saying, "Oh, you're going to regret it, it doesn't run the same programs as Windows, you can't play games, etc." Well I don't use it to play games. If I wanted a computer to just fart around on, yeah, I'd get a Windows. But I'm (trying) to use this for art and animation, and that's what my concern is. The only thing I miss are a couple of music-making programs that aren't compatible with Macs, but it's all god.

I haven't seen many, but the ones I've seen, I liked. Actually, I find them hilarious. And I'm not even referring to like...old, badly-done ones. The first time I saw Saw I was cracking up.

    9. Niko Anesti

An eclair and a Boston creme donut. Which are essentially the same things, except the donut is smaller.

Move away. Somewhere nice. I dunno. I don't mean like a big mansion or anything either, just because I've got a million dollars in this scenario. I like small houses. They're cozy. But I want to go somewhere else. And take someone with me. That'd cover the traveling and the home easily. I'm sure there'd be a lot left over, but I don't know what I'd do with it.

    11. Niko Anesti

This is a trick question, right? Because the answer is all of them. That's not an opinion. That's a fact.

    12. Niko Anesti

Drawing. Well, art in general really. There are some things I'd like to do aside from just cartooning, but I have a hard time comprehending certain things, especially when it comes to making things look realistic. It's hard to explain. But it would help my cartooning a lot, which is what I'm most focused on. I really want to do a large variety of things, but I just don't understand a lot of it...

    13. Niko Anesti

Mario, of course. I don't know specifically what, if I would get a custom one, or just an already-existing piece of artwork. If I did the latter, I would definitely choose something from the Super Mario Bros. 3 or Super Mario World concept art.

Well, nothing now. Twilight ruined everything. I wasn't interested in vampires that much to begin with though.

    16. Niko Anesti

Nintendo Power. I don't know why I'd be on it. Even if I was in the video game industry, they only put characters on the cover, and I'm not a video game character. But I don't really give a fuck about magazines.

I don't do a lot of cooking, unless you count throwing frozen things in the microwave or oven. I think the best thing, as dumb as it sounds, is just grilled cheese. I like me some grilled cheese, and I don't mind making it, even if there's still not much to it.

Really, it's more like...what DOESN'T make me sad? It's not that my life is bad or anything. But I have depression and that makes the bad things seem worse than they really are, and I also worry a LOT, whether the subject is even feasible or not. So I can't narrow it down to one thing. There's always something I'm worried and/or sad about. I will say, though, that I think a lot of it is loneliness in one way or another. That's probably what makes me the saddest. I don't like being alone now, and I really feel like I'll be alone for the rest of my life...

I don't watch a lot of movies, but my favorite is Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World. I once heard someone say that if your favorite movie isn't at least 5 years old, then you have no actual taste. Bullshit. Scott Pilgrim isn't even a year yet. And that doesn't make it any less amazing. I was touched by the comic and the movie was astounding. You can walk into a theater, see a movie that you absolutely adore and have that become your new favorite. It doesn't have to sit in culture and society for it to become eligible to like. Sorry, that's way more than what you asked, but I had to get it off my chest.
