Definitely looking forward to getting my hands on with the device. With GDC in a few weeks, I'm hoping Sony surprises and brings one out for those folks who didn't get out to Tokyo Game Show. But from what my appointments are showing me, that's not looking so good. Maybe I can trick someone into giving me a behind-closed-doors demo!

As for GamesCom, that sounds reasonable; I think it'll be a big push at E3, so we'll see a lot of that in Germany, too.

I think the industry is getting smarter with the announcements of release timing, so this is a hard question to answer for 2011. A lot of games that I think have a chance of not seeing 2011 don't have solid release dates -- Aliens: Colonial Marines, The Last Guardian are two I can think of. Everything else that has been announced seems likely it'll land on time. Even something like Skyrim, which I'm normally say won't hit its mark, seems locked in.

I didn't really answer your question at all, did I? Well, how about this nugget: I can guarantee Madden NFL 2012 will come out in August!

I'm always looking to be surprised, so that one game I'd like to see announced would be the one that comes out of left field from a developer whose work I respect. Considering that most of those folks are tied up in projects that are already announced, I'm not hopeful that's going to happen this year.

An unrealistic expectation might be a new game in the Soul Reaver/Legacy of Kain series, though!

Chad is very cute, but he's taken, I'm afraid. I mean, he's totally awesome, how could he NOT already be taken?

She's clearly the most ridiculous celebrity in the spotlight right now, and I admit to not being able to wait to see what crazy shit she does next. She's also a pretty fearless performer, as ridiculous as her shows can be. And I like pop music and her music is disgustingly catchy. I can't imagine a world where I WOULDN'T like her.

Thanks! And I find it amusing that you think I need to distract him in order to kick his ass. I was surprised he was even able to figure out how to use the Xbox LIVE menus to get into a game with me the first time we played.

I didn't know who he was until John Drake from Harmonix showed me one of his videos. It was hilarious, which I don't think was the intent. I didn't realize the extent of his popularity until more recently, actually. Speaking of playing annoying kids online, remember when the original Xbox LIVE gave you the ability to change your voice? That was just about the stupidest and most annoying idea ever, wasn't it?

This is a good question and I think the answer is "because she hates us."
