I have actually seen it! I know! Shameful!

I do have a lot of cookbooks, all of which I love and use for inspiration and salivation.

I love cooking. For the most part, the things I cook turn out well, but I have had some salt/garlic/chili pepper lapses of judgment.

I make excellent risotto, leek& potato soup, scalloped potatoes, lasagna and grilled anything. Still have so much to learn though! Small steps...
