Dear mystery person, I would serisouly advice doing a portfolio preperation course. I did one a few years ago and honestly I've never learned so much in a short space of time. If thats not possible, these places really like sketchbooks, filled with ideas, developments and life drawing. They loooooooooooooooove life drawing so be sure to take a class or two! nx

hello mystery person, eeeerm im not too sure im afraid although i can say i much prefer doing the dinner thing, a lot more than the cinema thing, i mean you cant really get to know someone whilst trying to watch a film right? :/ nx

I would never say any of my lot were crap, If anything theres always a few with a lack of confidence i.e 'i can't draw' which is someone I hear just about every day, and every day I have to explain that nobody's born knowing how to draw and thats why we're here. even I'm still learning to draw but I work with what I've got and do my best to pass it on. nx
