Do you have any good resources that show the results of churches embracing social media? Also have you thought about putting a resource page on your site?
I am still working to get them up to a website. We have a few congregations in our synod using social media (primarily) Facebook to some effectiveness. While I have not done something on my site, as the synod's communicator I have done a number of presentations and tried to lead by example with the synod's pages.
