oh, thanks ! I'm flattered :) But no actually, I'm not that marvelous, I'm still far from what you call perfect.
Okay, so I have some ways to enhance my English skills and most of them are inspired by my tuition teachers. Frankly, they contribute a lot to what I am now :)
Firstly, read, read and read ! Read whatever you want ; novels, magazines, newspaper. Just make sure its English level is not lower than yours. I mean, if you are a senior, do not go for those books suitable for elementary students. Without your realization, your English can improve much, especially in your style of writing. Besides, you get to know new words and how to use them correctly.
Secondly, communicate with others using English, either verbally or orally. That way, you will be able to speak spontaneous English in everyday conversation, and vomit out what you have in mind directly on a piece of paper with no difficulty.
Thirdly, as English is not our mother tongue, we surely will come across ample mistakes in pronunciation. Thus, listening to native speakers frequently can be a solution. Besides, you can download a pronunciation dictionary and practise by yourself. Moreover, you can make this activity fun ! Try to watch movies where the characters speak English but turn off the subtitles. Try to catch whatever they say and jot them down. I tried this myself and it turned out staggeringly beneficial.
And finally, write more. Find yourself a topic and try to contemplate over it. Then, take out a piece of paper and vomit all your ideas out.
Hope these help ;) -
Chemistry , obviously ! I don't know. I just feel like it.

Venture. It actually leads us to two things : either succeed or fail. If it is the former, you gotta keep up the good work. If it's the latter, learn from your mistakes and try again. Never ever give up ! Like the famous John F. Kennedy said : An error doesn’t become a mistake until you refuse to correct it.

yeah. I've just come back from Yogyakarta, joined a competition there and thank God my hard work was paid :) Guess my life is treating me good. Actually it is great !

dunno, maybe going for a vacation with the whole family to Genting?

yes. I did participate in a quick witted contest held by Preston University along with two of my classmates back then in my 3rd junior year. We placed 2nd anyway :)
We also participated in Vision quick witted contest last year but unfortunately did not place on the top 3 :(
Besides those, I myself participated in News Reading Competition held by my school last year :)
I didn't really join a lot of English competitions and I'm sort of regret it :( I mean, I should be more active in order to enhance my English, right?
