      I have this vision of a sort of frail but strong girl and that's what I want to achieve. I keep thinking about starving myself and limiting my eating but that's not right and I know it but it just seems like the east way out. I don't want to seem crazy..

      a physically frail girl? It'll make you feel like shit, physically and mentally. Every task is going to seem harder and longer.
