I think that people will be trying more India inspired pumpkin and squash dishes. Something about the spices always bring much more warmth then the regular cinnamon and cloves - try a new type of chili!

Yes bloating is normal. Your body is balancing out all the mass its gaining. Let it work itself out - in time you will be stronger with muscle more then fat.

Find your local farmers market and start purchasing fresh produce. Trade in regular flour products for whole wheat. Just simple little adjustments can make such a difference! You'll start having more energy too if you start drinking green tea instead of coffee lattes..atleast for me! And find some type of recreation you love thats active..perhaps walking or dance :)

I love the combination. But something I found is that I either have to eat three slices of the ez bread or two slices of whole wheat in order for my body to perform its best. So just be careful not to live off ez bread and hummus for protein. Always pair them with hard boiled eggs, peanut butter or make the hummus yourself with extra chickpeas. A great alternative is the French Meadow Bakery's hemp bagels..I believe they have 24 grams of protein! Really great too with organic cream cheese.

Yep pretty much every trial in life stems from mental over physical. Mind over body right? Try writing down three things troubling you then really think about why those things bother you, what can help you to avoid those things and something that can take the place of those things thats more positive! Truly you must disconnect mind and heart. Sometimes emotional things that are over dramatized need to conquered with reality and knowledge. Once you do that you will find the root of your disorder. Food can't fill the empty depths of your mind...its nourishment for the body. Treat it like it really is and get real with yourself. You can get through this!
