I actually put in my 2 weeks notice at day job two today...I"v done it for about 5 months but I can't any longer. I've worked 7 days a week for the past month and it's completely horrible and not worth it.

So, to answer your question: careful planning, and cutting all flab from my day. I take a long time to work out gags so I make sure I have a buffer of gags ready to go. I'm also using guest artists to take up time to let me catch back up when needed. (And to cross promote our stuff)

Basically, I work, sleep, Create shower, eat, drink ( a lot) and spend time w/ Lady (my best friend). I try to combine my recreation w/ drawing Get Bent. So when I'm at the bar or watching a movie w/ Lady I'm drawing/writing.

Having NO time finally taught me how to actually use what I've got. 24hrs is a lot. Losing 13hrs a day to day jobs is a good way to learn that...
