Depends on when you are going in August. Early August, probably sometime in February. If you are going during the last half of the month, we have typically seen those deals in April.

Book now, but I would suggest booking with a decent Disney Travel agent, then you won't have to look for deals, they will take care of it for you. Future discounts can always be applied to existing reservations.
