I assume you reside outside the US, so this is a guess. Yes, Disney can't apply a package discount like free dining to only part of your reservation. So, as long as there is a room for those additional 4 nights, then it would apply.

All pools are heated year round, most days are plenty warm for swimming, just depends on the weather while you are there.
Buses at all the moderates are about the same, the Riverside bus sometimes stops at French Quarter too, but not always. Consider Wilderness Lodge, you can ride the boat directly to the Magic Kingdom, and not much more than Riverside. -
At this point, I would say less than 1% unless you receive a PIN code from Disney, they are mailing out free dining discounts directly to guests.
-
Right now, I would say it is 50/50 that we will see free dining after September. If we do, it will be like 2011, it will only be a few days here and there.
-
Typically, September is very good, very low crowds, usually the best deals, but it is still super hot. The middle of November or December are better weather, but the deals are typically not as good.
-
All package deals are based on the day you check in. If there is a deal that starts August 15, you have to check in August 15 or later to qualify. There isn't any way to get a package discount for part of your stay, it is either all or nothing.
-
No, passes cannot be extended past 10 days. The only other option is trade them in towards and Annual pass.
-
If released, we usually see them released around the first week of April. That would be for August/September dates. For dates after September, we are less sure of the discount. If released, it will probably be in July or August.
-
There is a food court at Movies (and all values), as well as a little store that sells milk, juice, donuts, etc. Many people also grab something quick in the parks once they get there too.
-
Well, free dining in January is very unlikely, it just doesn't happen very often. 2013 rates should be released in July, you can book then. I would expect January discounts, whatever they are, should be released in October or so.
-
LOL. Well, first off, it is pretty unlikely that we will see free dining in October. Second, if released, it probably won't be until sometime in late Summer, late July or early August. That is just a guess, Disney seems to enjoy changing up discount schedules lately.
-
No, not as it stands now. To get the dining plan, you have to add tickets, unless you book with an annual pass discount.
-
Yes, summer is considerably more crowded and expensive that September, always will be. Just plan as early as you can to get the best rate.

We are not a travel agency, so we don't "handle" anything. Mouseketrips is great, several of their agents have done Adventures, I would contact them:

Well, there are no kids stay and play free offers right now. When there are, it is part marketing. Kids always stay free, but with the deal, they get free tickets, so the play is free.
-
There have been quite a few for March already, it is possible we may not see any more.
-
Personally, I think it is unlikely. If we see free dining for November, it will likely be released sometime this summer, and will be for limited dates. Last year, it was available for something like 11/12 - 18 and 11/27 - 12/something. You have to check in during an available time.
-
The three fee days on the tickets is worth less than $15 per person, so no huge savings there. Kind of a play people use to think you are getting some fantastic deal.
-
There are not any free dining deals available for any dates, anywhere.
-
They go to select guests, no one has any idea how many they send or why they send them to who they do. They go out in the mail and by email both, and tend to be sent out over a few week period.
