nope, you have gone on two dates, it's not really cheating until you have an established monogamous relationship in my opinion (girlfriend/boyfriend status etc). it would probably be wise to stop sleeping with person B if you really like person A and want to pursue that further, but if you're on the fence about things then there's really nothing wrong with continuing the way you are for now? Just be straight with person A & Band let them know what's up if there are any changes to your relationship status, basically. (again, this is all my opinion).
