How about significant? I would rather live a life that tells a great story and leaves a beautiful legacy.

What a great blog you have! I'm in the process of writing a how to post on simple, fantastic blog design. I've promised others I'd let them know how I did mine, and I'm feeling guilty it's not up yet, but soon. So check MorganDayCecil.com this week and next for it! ;)

One of my favorite books (and I think it is very romantic) is Eat, Pray, Love. You may have heard of it? It is the real story of a woman's one year journey around the world...she spends 3 or 4 months in Italy, India and Bali...she learns about herself and about what she really wants in life...and, she falls in love. ;)

I also loved the Tale of Genji, that is an epic and poetic tale of the transience of love.

Because I was a philosophy major, I also loved Hyperion by Holderlin. That one is tragically romantic.

I'll let you know if I think of anymore ;)

I was a single mom for almost three years before I married my husband. We met when I was in grad school (before I ever became pregnant). We lost touch and then reconnected when Lucca was around 18 months old. http://www.morgandaycecil.com/plan-b-singlemotherhood/ Here is a tiny slice of the story ;)

Tough question! I think it would be a three way tie between Rome, Napoli and Matera. Ooh but Siena and Procida and Lecce are so beautiful too.
