Could you in detail tell us how you use your assistant during a shoot. I'm guessing you need to be a pretty good tag team, but what does T-Sauce do exactly?
good question jonas.
his responsibilities are as follows but are not limited to:
1. manning the bag
2. loading/unloading film
3. holding lights/shading lenses
4. sheer entertainment
5. changing lenses when needed
6. sheer entertainment
7. parking the car
8. making sure i don't loose the keys or phone
9. sheer entertainment
10. creating #tsaucefans (which you witnessed in melbourne)
notice a pattern here?
honestly though, do i need an assistant? no, i could do it myself when push came to shove, but i freaking love this guy, and everyone benefits from having him around. literally.
