How did you get the name Maple? Is it because the maple leaf is the Canadian symbol, or because of the Maple Leafs team, or because you are sweet like maple syrup?
The real answer is bc I wanted the intials MM and Monika was for sure; so I had to think of something with an M that was Canadian. I asked my origional fans and it was close between Maple & Mountie...but Mountie seemed over the top pornish. Now, I use it as 'Monika Maple: Sweet like Syrup'
