Okay, so all these questions about cropping/preparing photos for print have me confused. I do not have a professional business yet, but in my portfolio building shoots, I have never done any cropping. I would love explanation on this subject
cropping allows you to vary your composition!!!! and allows you to take out any extraneous "things" that may have become part of your photo. i'll sometimes even crop the same image two or three times and save all of them to show clients.
