yeah. long story short: sophomore year high school + really awesome friends = the beginning of everything

to be honest, i chose cal because i didn't get into ucla. i wanted to stay near home and i hyped myself into thinking i would get in. after getting rejected from ucla, my back up was ucsd. but then i got into cal and SIR'd like no other. the only reason i didn't consider cal over ucla initially was because i didn't think i'd get in.
first year of college was amazing. ups and downs and all around. -

whoever this is, thank you for saying "you're" and not "your" i just had a bitch fit about that. i don't care about the "wut" part. you're a genius in my book.
1st - Candice (because you're the only freshman i've hardly gotten to have a moment with haha; and you're coming in the spring!) & Gian (i haven't talked to you on a sober basis yet; but from what i remember, we were on the same page)
2nd - Addie (i did not know you were a 2nd year, initially; and we're from the same area back home!) & Clyde (it took a while to think about this, but when you think you know somebody, you actually hardly know them; i know there's more to you than meets the eye and you're cool)
3rd - Cherryl (i feel like we connect; we just never get to talk as much, except in 515!) & Mark (you're a bitch to me, but i know you're nice inside)
4th - Marie (you're my favorite 4th year! i just wish i could get to know you more) & Chad (you're actually more down-to-earth than i thought) -
i learned about the awesomeness of a judas belt. look it up. fuck yeah new years!

'tis true, i thought jaymie was a bitch. you know, one of those stare-you-down type of people. but when i first saw him, he actually complimented my shirt. it still wasn't enough to take away from my impression of him when he just looks at you. have you seen his eyes? they don't move. anyway, i got to know him more... he's a lot more laid-back than you think.
i gotta admit, i was kind of hypocritical in my first impression of jaymie because a lot of people think the same thing about me, apparently. but i love jaymie! he can stare me down anyday ;] LOL JK NO! -
uh we packed everything already. i'm not really bringing back anything for anybody. so don't feel left out lol.
BUT i won't forget you when i obtain special brownies aiight?! -

it was honestly the most painless part. granted, you could hear the needle going through the muscles in your tongue, but nothing painful there. it was pretty fast when the guy stuck the needle through. he left it in there for at least a good 20 seconds while he was putting the bar in place. the painful part was the swelling and shit. not extreme pain, more like annoying pain.
