Up until recently I would've said autism books (exciting huh?). Now it'd be something for book club. My most recent faves- The Help & The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society. OR a craft book of course. ;)
OR People magazine. -
It used to be easy, you could just change the date and time at the bottom of your post. But now you can "schedule" future posts (which is great! but makes it so you can't do a sticky post that way).
Here's a link to another option:

I use a Silhouette from Quick Kutz. And I LOVE it. It's user friendly. You can make anything into vinyl (no cartridges). And they have a library of products to buy too.
I also lost some of the tips I needed to use it and contacted the company and they sent them to me- they were so fantastic to work with.
Highly recommend! -
Just saw this! Sorry about that. I'd love to help out. I haven't written on my private blog in almost a year (YIKES!) Email me:

So sorry that I didn't respond to this sooner. Super good question- totally made me think. I completely agree- lots of similar pleasures/hobbies amongst the ladies. First and foremost- I don't like chocolate. (I know!?!) As far as hobbies are concerned, I don't have patience for a lot of mediums but for the ones that I love, I could do all day. I love anything with design (designing anything with paper, anything with computers, etc). I also could embroider nonstop if I had the time. I don't have patience for cutting out patterns. Or for crocheting. I wish I did.
I'm a "wing it" kind of girl. Most of my stuff isn't perfect but I hope that people on the receiving end will love it anyway (because I took the time to make something).
I also like to cook but am not a good baker. Trying to get better at that.;) -
Thanks! It's called Kushtie Script.

I had to think about this one. Physically I would say the person's smile and eyes.
But overall I notice confidence and warmth.
I don't really think you can judge a book by it's cover but I notice if people take care of themselves too. Which kinda scares me because I wonder what people think about me when I wear sweats and have my hair in a ponytail! Don't always have it together. ;) -
Thanks Tracy!
I just emailed you about ad rates. -
What maintenance routine??
For everyday- I put my hair in a ponytail, tucked under or wear it curly. If I have lots of time (or for church on Sunday), I blow dry it straight. I'm in need of a haircut/color at the moment. :)
Nails? Just recently grew them out by painting them faithfully.
I like wearing somewhat funky things. I'm not afraid of pattern/print. I like headbands and fun necklaces. Don't usually wear earrings because my kids used to pull on them so I got out of the habit.
I wish I took more time to look (and feel) pretty on a daily basis. But I'm always the last one to get ready and I don't have the time. I guess I need to just make the time. :) -

Not sure I understand the question.
But here's a post that might help:

Hmmmm......really had to think about this one.........
I have a modge podged magnet board that has my kids artwork on it. I think it'd sum me up because it's crafty, creative but total chaos at the same time. -
Hands down favorite things-
sleep in
eat a good breakfast in bed!
take a drive along the beach
craft til my hearts content (including sewing, embroidery, photography)
Eat lunch with friends.
Make a super yum meal but not have to do a single dish.
Play with kids but then let their Daddy do all the not fun stuff (ie discipline, chores, homework).
Stay up late and have no consequence the next day for it. ;) -
Let's see- I'd say I'm most consistent with Christmas decorating. I pull it all out and do the most crafts/projects for sure then.
All the other holidays I try my hardest to decorate but sometimes I am just not feeling it! -
No rhyme or reason really. I have a ton of blogs in my reader that I read daily. Usually I have a launching point- I'll see one great idea/tutorial and run with it. If I have to "fill in" I go to google and do a search in the blogs section. I also use flickr. I really love searching and get so excited when I find ideas that are so cool.
