well, scandals can happen in every organization, including entertainment companies. SNSD won the mu bank 5 times, and 1 of them is after a goodbye stage, also won MAMA even though they weren't that active in korea this year. cant u smell something weird?
You guys seriously like imagining SME as his huge money-hungry and manipulating company, eh. First off, Korea wasn't how it used to be back in the historical times where everything was a conspiracy and someone was always planning to overthrow someone.
Second, fans always claim that SM is a money-hungry company and yet they are always implicating that SM buys this and that for SNSD. Now if you're smart enough to 'notice' that SM is 'buying or manipulating or fabricating' SNSD's successes, let's assume you will also be smart enough to consider analyzing this question I will ask of you; At what point is this profitable for SM entertainment? How is it profitable for them to, say, buy those Music Bank wins. Plus let's also throw in the fact that Music Bank seems to change it's system everytime SNSD comes back in with a point system that makes it seemingly harder for them to gain that throphy.
Sure, those wins will go under SNSD's achievements and would help promoting them but people don't go "oh hey, SNSD won this and that. Let's buy their albums." Basically, it will strengthen SNSD's title but not really be profitable. Now, you guys alway say SM only thinks of money. So like why should they even consider doing this? It's not worth it. And if I were standing in their place, if I have to pay twice for my group for them to earn any fucking thing, I would consider folding them instead. I'm not a moron.
So I guess the only way for SNSD to legit deserve anything is for them to not get anything. Okay. -
Tbh.....I think out of the 3, YG-SM-JYP........SM got the best marketing plan. But YG treat their artist like prince/princess....~ JYP...blah...I don't get this guy........LOL YG-SM combination could make an ultimate company.......though it won't happen
I still wonder why everyone puts the blame on SME for 'overworking their idols' when it's the public (read: us) who are always demanding for these idols. I mean sure, SME will always have the upperhand in the matter. They get to choose to decline some schedules to fit in rest time for the girls.
But that's why this business is cruel, like I said, 'out of sight, out of mind.' SNSD didn't get to where they are without sacrificing those times where they could've chosen to rest instead of filming this or that. It's what makes their achievements all the more worthwhile--considering all the sacrifices done to promote themselves out there.
People are like, "OMG please give our unnies rest." And yet are always like, "SNSD come to *insertcountryhere*." The demand for these idols are very high and they're just trying to keep up with it. If they kept declining the requests and offers, then I think the offers would decline and that's never really a good sign in this business. -
Do you dislike that 'C'? May I know why?
I don't dislike C. She's a great SONE. She keeps a whole lot of us up to date at the speed of Taeyeon's eyes to butt. The thing is though I don't exactly approve of the behavior I hear regarding on how she comments about other people. I probably have no right to state my stance on her because I don't follow her, I don't know her, and I've never talked to the girl.
Fine, freedom of speech is a given. She should be able to say what she wants and I applaud her balls for that--for keeping it real. But the thing is though, she has reached a certain extent wherein 15,000 people listen to what she says. 15,000 people and a whole lot more sees her as a SONE. She brings that title with her. And thus I quote Spiderman's uncle, "With great power comes great responsibility." 15,000 people would hear her bash an artist and some would say, "SONEs (plural, yes) bashed this artist and that artist."
God, how I wish every time we expressed dislike for another artist because we have the right to and the freedom to like or dislike whoever we want, it would only come back in a form of karma affecting only us. But do you guys know how it comes back? It's karma in the form of, "I hate plastic generation because of their arrogant fans." That's what happens. Our girls get the blame.
You know, there are certain artists I am not too fond of either, but have you guys really seen me bitch about them continuously and openly on Twitter? Because I respect the people who like them, some of which may be following me, and I don't want karma to go back to my girls, so I keep my mouth shut.............. and submit to kpop secrets. LOL Or bitch about it to my close friends.
If I had the chance to be heard by 15,000 people, I would want to be more responsible and less immature with my words. It's just fandom but these are basic manners applied in society.
