I'm no Kpop music expert and I don't really super analyze everything from a company's perspective, so the best I can do for you is guess. But rationally, at least.
So I guess, when SNSD's first tour was planned, they just debuted in Japan. I mean for a newly debuted group, it was already sort of bold of them to go into a Japan tour almost right away with over ten stops and some hugeass venues too. (Saitama Super Arena's size is no joke. It's comparable to Tokyo Dome's.) So I guess, they picked rather smaller venues ie. Yoyogi's National stadium to be safe and just spread out the venue dates to allow more people to attend, also giving a chance to those who doesn't reside in the big cities like Tokyo, Osaka or Nagoya.
To be honest though, as someone who has attended a Tokyo Dome concert, it's not really super enjoyable cause the stadium is too huge. Yes, you get to enjoy the view of the fandom, but really it was easier to appreciate them on smaller venues cause there's something more intimate in closer spaces. Oops, getting off topic here. Haha
Anyways, I'm not saying this with the intention of undermining Super Junior's capabilities in the Japanese market, but I am confident that there's a higher chance of Taeyeon and Jessica conversing like BFFs over them REALLY selling out Tokyo Dome. -

Yeah, it's better anyways. In a way, plus I can queue stuff. Sometimes there are questions I want to answer but forget to because I also try to control answering questions. Majority seems to find my Formspring fun but I'm aware too much of it can cause some timelines to flood. :<

Exactly my point. I know I suck at Filipino and probably grew up in a different world than most Filipinos seemed to have, I don't deny that I'm kind of one of you guys, so when things like this come up, I don't get all FUCK IT YOU MADE MY GIRLS SO CHEAP >.> I appreciate the effort done. And of course to me, a SONE, nothing would ever be up to par to the real SNSD perf, but I wouldn't say shit about other people who try. The thing is they're not trying to 'beat SNSD at it' but pay tribute to them instead, in such case I'm thankful ^^
