hmm. I think the best way to do is, I think he should influence that girl to like boys instead of girls?. Learn more about her and find a way to know why she don't like guys and then prove to her that he could be the special one..
or maybe he could also tell her this:
"yes you are definitely not straight, but I would change myself if it is the only way to have you by my side"
prove to her that you'll be the right one :D -
