You know, the easy answer would be to say that I have some lgbt family and friends and I love and support them and therefore support everyone...and though that's true, now that I'm thinking about it, they themselves are not the reason I support LGBT rights etc. It's because we're all human, love is love. If you're straight and a gay couple gets married, how does that affect you? It doesn't. I don't care if it's not how you think marriage should be defined, you shouldn't force your personal and/or religious beliefs onto people who you may or may not know. Live your own life. Love knows no boundaries. Be kind. That's all that really matters.
