The ones I am proficient in, without looking at any docs: PHP, Python, Ruby, Java, C#, C++, C, and JavaScript. Other languages that I have used at some point: Lua, Objective-C, Perl, ActionScript / Flex, Scheme, Smalltalk, Pascal, Ada, and Prolog. I'm somewhat of a programming language junky.

Happiness is not something that can be bought. I don't think there is a relationship between money and happiness. Otherwise, you would be indicating that people with very little are not happy; that's not true.
That being said, I think removing financial worries and burdens do improve ones sense of well-being. Having money is a good thing; it's not an evil that some people see it as. -

I started programming in my last 2 years of High School; I was lucky enough that my High School offered a computer programming class (though the class was very basic). I graduated HS knowing Pascal, C, C++, and what was the very early stages of Java. I also self-taught myself HTML during my HS years.
After I graduated HS, I decided to pursue a degree in Computer Science. I attended IPFW and did most of my work in Java, C++, and Python. During my college years I also taught myself what I considered "Web Languages": Perl, PHP, and JavaScript. In the end I graduated with my BSCS and have been professionally programming since. -
