Never been a contestant, but I'd love to be on Pointless: me and the Bf spend every day being baffled at how the stupid people even got on there in the first place. Also, Alexander Armstrong is fit as.

I'd also love to be on Only Connect, but I'm afraid the combination of rock hard questions and Dame Victoria Coren's withering put downs would probably cause me to have an aneurysm.

Something clean and simple - not a big fan of the smelly stuff. I do like Wensleydale with Cranberry. I do like a good cheeseboard though.

Well, first the Earth cooled, then the dinosaurs came, but they got too big and fat, so they died and turned to oil. And then the Arabs started buying Mercedes Benzes. And then Prince Charles started wearing all of Lady Di's clothes, I couldn't believe it...

I really used to like it, but it's aged horribly. Compared with Octopussy, released the same year, it looks clunky and cheap. The action is drab and the gadgets are awful, plus the whole Arab sale of Domino is shockingly racist. What it does have going for it is a fantastic cast, who really do their best with the material. I'd say Connery is better here than he was in You Only Live Twice, Brandauer is different to Adolfo Celi but a worthy alternative, and Barbara Carrera is camp as a Boy Scout Jamboree. Even Kim Basinger - who I think is a really underrated actress - does her best with a very drippily written Domino. I don't count it as up there with the official Bonds - even The Man With The Golden Gun is better - but I'm glad it exists.

Definitely. Brilliant Sixties nonsense - they went off a bit at the end though.

I did swatch Sex In The City. I did enjoy it. Not the films though; they were unmitigated shite.

Sometimes I can be tempted by a very good Bond Girl. I became a bit of a Gemma Arterton fan after Quantum of Solace, and I saw Hitchcock Blonde in the West End mainly because of Rosamund Pike. There's this (false) legend about being a Bond Girl ending your career, so I'm glad to see the women move on to other things.

I want to see Girl With The Dragon Tattoo because it's a David Fincher film, not because of Daniel Craig; that's just a bonus. Roger Moore and Timothy Dalton have made some rotten films which I wouldn't go near; George Lazenby - I'll just say "Hong Kong kung fu films" and leave it there; and I've always thought Pierce Brosnan was a terrible actor out of the tux - he can do Bond and that's it. It just comes down to the film, and if Bond's in it being great, even better.

I have also watched random bits of other films on telly just to see Bond alumni turn up, but that's slightly different...

Yes, at a gay bar in Luton on New Year's Eve 1995. He did something unspeakable to himself with a bottle opener.

If you mean a 7" record, well, I've never bought one of those in my life. Sorry. The first single I ever bought was the cassette of Shakespear's Sister's Stay.

Every now and then; I don't subscribe. I like the Fact of Fiction bit but sometimes it's a bit too in awe of the show for me.

It was the Superman: The Movie soundtrack. After years of having the Royal Scottish orchestra version, I finally splashed out and bought the proper John Williams one. ROCK AND ROLL.
