London has one Burmese restaurant that I know of - Mandalay on Edgware Road. It's a really lovely place, but not quite authentic insofar as no pork is served (I think the owners may be Muslim?) and pork is almost a linchpin of Burmese cuisine.

It's not my be-all and end-all. I had a life before Twitter and my blog so I'd hope I'd have one afterwards. I have plenty of other geek distractions. -

Urban myth. Crab rangoon is Chinese as far as I know.
Burmese people don't eat cheese and don't often eat crab (the two vital components of Crab Rangoon) -

Goat brains. Creepy texture and flavour. I was conned into eating them at a restaurant in Burma.

A beautiful noodle dish called Mandalay Meeshay. I could eat it everyday, but it's very faffy to make - lots of ingredients and lots of prep.
