This is a hard question, visit other makeup artist sites to see how much they charge. Make-up is an art, so you can charge as much as you want from $100 a day to $10,000.

Dewy - I recommend the MUFE Face and Body, set it lightly :)
-
I was a self taught makeup artist and learned from many other MUA, then I went to school at Seneca College for special EFX Makeup Artistry Course
-
I had a temporary purple hair dye that was fading
-
I would prefer Face and Body over Hi Def as I find it to apply a lot more smoother and good for most skin types and leaves a dewy finish.
hi Def sets more matte and is not good on dry skin. -
Thats a very difficult answer as anyone can charge from anything from budget, location, products etc.... google makeup artist within your area and see what is the going rate from there.

I love Makeup Forever Foundations and Powders ( OCC KETT for Airbrush) NARS and Cargo Blushes, MAC lipsticks, Makeup Forever Shadows, Makeup and Smashbox Gel Liners, Sephora, MAC and Makeup Forever Lip Liners, Bobbi Brown Concealers
-
I honestly love Makeup Forever products which includes their powders! They also come in the contouring Duo's as well!
-
Depending on your skin, If you have very minimal b lemishes, I would use a tinted moisturizer or a very light foundation and just use concealer to spot conceal.
