Today is the one-year anniversary of quitting my last job and I couldn't feel better about it. Though I do miss some of the people at times, I'm in such a better place now. How do you feel, in retrospect, about your decision to leave your last job?

    Overall, I'm happier. That was my entire reason for changing everything. My new work is challenging, and every week I can show everyone what I've been developing. I'm confident in the product, company, and my future with them. I don't have any regrets.
