Coffee, definitely. I grind beans at home and use a filter machine; my favourite beans right now are from Honduras or Papua New Guinea. I try to buy Fair Trade whenever possible. I also enjoy Earl Grey tea, and in Scotland we're lucky enough to have wonderful drinking water on tap.
