The Lord wants us to be perfect like Him.
Jesus said in the bible that He is the way, the truth and the life.
Being perfect doesn't mean that you will not commit sin anymore. Being perfect is having the fear of God and having His control over you're life, loving Him with all of you.
No matter what you are before, once that Jesus entered in you, you are now a new person. Meaning all of your imperfections will be left behind from glory to glory(step by step). That is why its called "born again" it is an experience and a personal relationship with God, not a religion.
So if God wants us to be perfect and Jesus is in you, no matter what situation are you in, Jesus will give you His grace to act like Him when you are in trouble, in doubt, fear, or someone persecutes you.
So being true is being like Jesus! It doesn't mean that you need to show you're imperfections to be true to yourself.
I am not perfect. I am under construction!
Philippians 1:6 "being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus" -
As I have said, people are different from each other. It depends on the outlook or perspective of a person.
If I tried to befriend a person and things didn't worked out well its better to pray for that person, believe and have faith that the Lord will touch their heart so that they too may experience the love of the Lord.
"You will only fail if you give up." Winning souls for the Lord is a battle, challenge that you need strength and wisdom from the Lord. Pushing your own will might worsen things but if you wait for the Lord things will be according to His plans and it will be perfect.

First of all you sounded like someone who's very concerned with me and her. hehehe... It seems like you are watching us or me or her the whole time.
I can say that everybody is different. So some people don't think the same as me. They might not like the way I act. They might not understand my intentions.
For me I don't see anything unnecessary with that. But since you said that its "really really really unnecessary", I should think again before I act.
So far nobody is coming up to me saying that I am annoying and its really really unnecessary. So it means that that people that you refer to is You.
I can say that I have done my part to be friends with her. If things don't work out, I should pray again for what to do next. I'll leave it that way so that nobody is hurt or annoyed. And I'll pray for those who's annoyed with me and for her so that everything will be in God's will.

Me being single doesn't have to do with me wanting to befriend her again.
It doesn't mean that I want to court her or have a romantic relationship with her again. Even before, I actually tried to befriend her because we did have a year and a half relationship as bf/gf so she has a special part in me.
If you would ask me why, because if it wasn't for her i wouldn't be "me" now. I mean she is a part of my life. I don't really want to ignore her or live as if i am not seeing her just because she's my "ex". It doesn't feel right. And besides she's also my friend.
Maybe you're saying its awkward. Yeah its a little bit that, but for me its rude to just ignore her like i don't know her. We're classmates, its hard to do that. I see her everyday. I'm just being nice to still care and befriend her nothing more nothing less. Its more out of AGAPE love. Godly love. Though I'm mistaken of my actions, that is my only intention.
I hope that you've learn something from my side. And I thank you for your thoughts that you shared in this question :)

Actually I am trying to befriend her again. Not because i want to "flirt" with her as you said, but because i don't want her to feel awkward since we're classmates and everybody knows the past, I want to show her that we can still be good friends.
But i guess people tend to misunderstood my intentions. But very nice observation though :))

The way I fix my hair, its so frustrating 'coz I take so much time just fixing my hair.
I never thought that someone would tell me that its difficult to be me. haha! I guess for some, they looked at me as someone who's picky with everything, perfectionist, or I don't know..
As you all know I came from a broken family. For any person that would look at that, they always think that the situation is difficult to handle. But for some, they look at me as an "inspiration" for my outlook in life despite of my situation.
At first when I don't know GOD yet in my life, Life is very hard for me. But now that I have GOD everything is different. Now you see me at church being involved in different things. For some its difficult to be a christian.
But if you are true to GOD and to everyone, and you love GOD with all your heart, soul, mind, strength, its never difficult being one. -
Yes!! but even if i am a product of a broken family, GOD proved to me that I have a LIFE in HIM.
He blessed me with family and friends who are beautiful and great!
You can only find the missing piece in GOD.

i would choose HOW.
Because it will be more personal for me if you ask me a question that starts with How.
Something like how would you,, how do you,,
it will show more of me unlike WHEN and WHY for people who wants to know me more ask me with questions starting with HOW. -
What is LIFE? for some,, LIFE is wonderful. LIFE is colorful. But others think LIFE is worthless. LIFE has no meaning.
LIFE here on earth is temporary. When you die you don't have a life anymore.
Some says "get a LIFE!" Some are confused what life is all about.
LIFE also comes from GOD. He made us. He gave us breath. He gave us LIFE.
He did that for a purpose. And that purpose is the very thing that we must be focused using this LIFE given us here on Earth.
We breathe because we have LIFE. LIFE revolves around happiness, love and joy. But sometimes there is also pain and sorrow.
But things in this world confuses man kind what life really is all about. Every man seeks for a good life. Some concentrate for their living. MONEY! Some waste their time with nothing because their confused what to do with their life.
Why do I breathe? Why am I here? What am I gonna do?
The bible says that JESUS is the WAY the TRUTH and the LIFE. I don't understand that. What are you talking about?? What are you up to?
If you my friend is seeking. Seeking for a meaningful life. A life full of joy and happiness. You can only find that LIFE with CHRIST JESUS. It may sound holy, religious, or weird.
But I tell you, seek the Lord. Give time to know HIM very well that you may experience the true meaning of LIFE. Then I assure you you will know what LIFE is all about. -

There is 2 kinds of Love..
Phileo love and Agape love.
Phileo love is when you love with conditions. You can never love anybody without expecting something in return.
While Agape love is when you love unconditionally like GOD loved us. Loving without expecting anything in return.
We can never love or experience love if God didn't loved us first. LOVE comes from GOD. He loved us first.
He made us because He love us. He even sen't His only son JESUS to save us from our sins. That is what we call true love or Agape love. No matter what you become when you turn away from your sins, still God loves you.
You can never love anybody with pure love unless your heart has been satisfied by God's love first
