I'd probably go for a walk - of course with camera - and shoot the little details that probably go unnoticed by most. :-)

Right now, it's my Sigma 24-70. I never thought I'd like a zoom, but wanted to try it. And I'm really loving the versatility. I'm also really partial to my 50mm in low light situations.

It is my hometown, so I am very comfortable living here. Also, our family is all within a 50 mile radius. I love that my children are growing up close to their family.

Actually, I do. I find it very hard to believe that we are the only intelligent life forms out there.

Without a doubt, my hero when I was a kid was my mom. She's a very strong person and always put my sister and I first. Now as I'm older, my mom is still one of my heroes. Maybe even more so now that I'm older. She didn't always have it easy, but she's always held on to her faith in God and has always put my sister and I and now our children first.
My other heroes are my husband (who knows where I'd be today if I hadn't met him) and my children (they are my inspiration). -
Being together with all my family: aunts, uncles, grandparents, parents, cousins and of course my sister. I loved going to my Uncle John and Aunt Wanda's for holidays because we'd watch The Jungle Book and my Aunt Della would dance around and it was a hoot! Then we'd all go outside and play in the yard or go for a walk in the woods.

A college roommate (thanks Angie!! ♥) gave this guy my phone number. He called me on a Super Bowl Sunday (which is odd if you know the sports nut my husband is). We chatted back and forth for a few months - I actually "kinda" had a boyfriend at the time and Jason lived in two hours away from me.
One Saturday afternoon, March 10th to be exact, I was visiting with my parents and decided to give Jason a call to see if he wanted to finally meet and have dinner. Of course, I couldn't go alone in case he turned out to be an axe murderer, so I asked my friend Angie and her husband (thanks again, Angie & Trevor ♥) to go with us.
So we had dinner at Texas Roadhouse in Columbus. And then went to see the movie Hannibal - great first date movie, huh?
From the first date (almost 9 years ago), I knew that I was going to be seeing much more of this guy. And I did! We've been together ever since that first date and we're still going strong. I absolutely adore this man. -
Other than obsessively checking my email and facebook? No... I don't think so!

Jason for sure. Oh and no kids. I want to go somewhere warm. But just for a few days. I'd start missing my kiddos and have to get back to them as soon as possible.

Hands down, the internet. Wait, was that created after 1980?!?

Magazines! I love my magazines. When I'm not looking, my husband will throw them out. But if it were up to me, I'd keep them forever.
