Start by deep conditioning it. Wear the hair up & off the shoulders and pay extra attention to that area until you see an improvement. Then deep condition again... & Keep it moisturized.
-
As far as products get a good conditioner & deep condition at least every week. Keep the hair moisturized and protected. When you sleep wear a satin scarf & when out keep your hair up & off of your shoulders. As long as you take care of it, it should grow out. Be gentle and use a wide tooth comb. Any more questions just ask.

Give it time & the hair that fell out will grow back. At this time my thickness is where it was before Mirena, which I removed a little over 2 years ago.
-
I use chi silk infusion & stuff that I mixed up myself

Depends on the weather and my mood at the time. Anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks.
-
wet hair, gel, and a good brush. Then put a scarf on top until it dries up.
-
I kinda have a different reggie depending on how I wear my hair. It also changes slightly depending on the length of the hair also. I dont really have just one set regimen.
-
Braids, Twists, braidouts, twistouts, anything that protects the ends of your hair. :)
-
Depends on how I am wearing my hair. When its out (no weave) I wash daily. Otherwise I make sure to wash at least once a week.

Thank you so much!!!! <3

Using heat regularly, not wearing a satin scarf at night, not deep conditioning regularly... ;)

Thank you!! My hair type is complicated. somewhere between 3c/4a/4b I explain as much as I can on the vid on my yt homepage.
Your hair will begin to fall as it gets longer. It gets really heavy lol. Mine is actually standing straight up now since I cut it.. lol and its lighter too! -
First you have to figure out what caused whatever hair loss you experienced. Fix it! And continue with proper hair care in order for your hair to grow back. If you let me know more about your situation I can help better... :)

The most recent one was Mirena. Everything I have ever been on has this effect on me so I have stopped everything all together.

No not at all! When I decided I wanted to chop I did! Didn't think twice..

My Nana has been the only mentor in my life. She taught me so much and guided me like no1 else. I am thankful to have had her in my life. :)
