I like the idea of marriage and always have. All it is is a way of showing devotion to the person you want to spend the rest of your life with. And not only that, it's also a celebration of tying two families together, so you can see why it's considered one of the biggest milestones in a person's ife. I know a lot of people my age have put up a big fuss about how "a piece of paper shouldn't matter" but I always felt the real reason they disliked the idea was they where afraid of the commitment. Because the word marriage makes everything feel so final and clearly it's not something they're ready for. It's like they're afraid that once they "tie the knot" someone better for them will pop up and they can't do anything about it because they're married. That's why all those long term relationships end. Who wants someone with those kind of doubts?
I wouldn't want to spend my life with someone who didn't want to marry me and have a wedding no matter how big or small. Because if we're going to be faithful to each other, spend everyday together until we're old, wrinkled and living in retirement homes waiting for our children to visit, then there shouldn't be any reason why they would object. If you love someone that much what's wrong with showing it? -

I wake up to a bright, sunny, COOL day to start off with. One where I WASN'T rudely woken up from my dreams by the alarm clock. My woman's one-a-day multivitamin turns into sour gummi bear vitamins <3. A while a wash my gummies down with a cold glass of soy milk a magic fairy appears and says, "I'll grant you three wishes!" Excited beyond all reason I screen "Amazzzzuung!!!" and then shout"For my first wish I wish I wuz in Sweden land!" So POOF! the magic fariy magicks us away to Sweden land where we come across a group of Vikings hunting dragons. They agree to let us join their merry brigade and lend me a horned viking helmet, long sword, shield, and armor complete with those weird spiky boobie things. DRAGON SLAYING CO-MENSES!! In the heat of battle I lose an eye [one of the small dragons ate it... right out of it's socket!!] and a leg [burned severely and amputated on the battle field], but am named a hero after slaying the fearsome Jaberwocky single handed. The Vikings carry me back to their village on their shoulders like a true hero and we have a giant dragon BBQ. IT'S DELICIOUS! While enjoying the festivities I say to the magic fairy, "that was sporting good fun slaying those dragon ole chap buuuuutt.... I know there's even better things out there to explore. For my second wish I wish I where in Japan in the year 2556!!" Then BAM! Like a frying pan smacking you in the face I'm sent hurling into Japan's future. There I'm able to replace the body parts I lost whilst dragon slaying with shiny cyborg parts. Cuz everyone's half cyborg in the future of Japan. But sadly Japan's future is cold and bleak thanks to modern 5D technology. So mostly everyone stays inside hooked up to their 5D VR simulators playing RPGs, Pokemon [there's over 9,000] or masturbating. So after taking pictures of food and junk I make my final wish... I say, "I wish I was back home having a Lolita picnic with all my Loli and non-Loli friends!" And that's exactly what happens! We all enjoy the prettiest damn Lolita picnic you ever did see at a park to pretty to exist in AZ. My Flea Circus is there playing music for us on a stage made out of clouds and every once in a while a unicorn flies through the sky and farts out a rainbow. For some reason Chris is there even though he doesn't give a shit about girly things, and best of all doesn't mack my poor eating habits while I have eat only gummy worms, cotton candy, and brownies for dinner. The magic fairy is invited to cuz, well, I kinda felt bad about her losing that left arm to a dragon. :/ Then I go home, all tired out from a day of spontaneous adventuring, cuddle up with my San-X frog plushie and dream about being in the Italian mafia.

The worst run con I've ever been to was the very last AniZona, and why... well, that should be a given. However, the con I had the worst time at was Anime L.A. 2009, because I ended up getting sick the second I arrived in L.A. and spent over 90% of the con in the hotel room shivering under the blankets. :(

Once upon a time a group of cute little cosplayers where sitting on a bench out side of a hotel during their favorite con. All of a sudden a big, scary black man with a bazillion piercing and tattoos came up to our little cosplay munchkins saying, "yo yo yo!" and flashing what looked like gangster signs. The man was speaking in a strange urban dialect that the cosplayers couldn't understand, so all our little muffins could do was sit there and shake in their sparkly boots cuz they didn't wanna get shoot! D: That man was Dennis Rodman. And he liked X-Japan and Yoshiki. We got our picture taken with him.
I also met Sugizo from Luna Sea the morning after meeting Dennis Rodman, And have also met Mana from Moi dix Mois... but meeting them wasn't half exciting as Dennis Rodman. :P -
