um to be honest, im actually a newbi of the cs, so if you dont mind(and to make it easier), would you at least add the guard npc quests? oh and when i try to give rolaro the crystal, the quest wont update and he wont move in the castle, any help please?
Sorry, I haven't used the cs for years so I'd have to relearn it myself if I were to use it again. I don't even have the cs installed on my current computer. As for giving Rolaro the crystal, I don't actually recall the specifics, but I think it's implied that when you get the crystal, he uses it to revive the town. If the town is rebuilt, that's the end of the quest.
I modded Oblivion mostly to create levels and quests, so the city wasn't my top priority, but rather just a nice little reward for completing the quest.
