Neo and G&G are two brands that have pretty comfortable lenses. As for size, it really depends on the model but I think I have a pair of black lens from GEO that claim to be 16mm.

EOS Max Pure Brown is a bit lighter IIRC, maybe those would suit you better.

I got mine on EBay, but I think any wavy blonde wig is good for a dolly look. In fact, a wig with bangs might be cuter!

High-quality paintbrushes made with animal hair can be used as makeup brushes with sufficient cleaning :)

I assume that you are going with the color scheme black and red for succubus, since it is most popular. For hair, either sexy large waves (think Victoria's secret models) or a bob cut with severe bangs would look great, or even a pin-up girl style with victory rolls might work. There are plenty of Youtube videos teaching pinup girl hair, it is a great resource! Oh and if your hair is not platinum blonde, black or red, you might want to try wigs, cus I don't think brunette hair is very succubus-y.

Mostly I get them from shops in Hong Kong or online, but I also use drugstore brands.

I think the size listed is usually the colored part, measured flat, but it is always a good idea to ask the seller first :)

I got my wigs from eBay mostly. When you are buying wigs, look for the words "Kanekalon" and "heat resistant", as these wigs will have higher quality, less shiny fibers.
