Yeap! I tried a few times and i feel that it really cleans up the yellowish particles at the side of the gums! you won't immediately see the result but over a few times you will be able to see it. Baking soda is not for bleaching of our teeth but it does help in getting plaque off and make them shine. Not advisable to do it too often Baking Soda is an abrasive and if you use it too much, the enamel on your teeth can get damaged.
Oh & must remember to use fine salt, if not your teeth will bleed! :O
there's other methods to whiten teeth at home too, like using lemon juice, strawberries or wood ash. try google it , you will get the information you neeed ^^

Is time to try some new hairstyle! i miss my long hair too! in total i cut about 8inches away! But i cut it a few inches at a time so that i wont feel too heartache! :x
