      rice, soy sauce, seifun and meifun ( bean thread and rice noodles) various fruits and veggies depending on what is on sale... some canned goods such as tomato sauce, pineapple ( its a good quick breakfast) oats, almond or coconut milk...sometimes beans ( if I feel like it)...few other odds and ends if I feel like it.

      nope. they shouldnt. That's bull in my opinion. especially if that person is doing a good job. an employees time at work should be based on there performance... not what they post on FB. that means...even if you find out that the best damn worker at a place thinks the boss is a complete bitch or dickhead..they should not be fired. that is letting personal feelings get in the way of being professional. as long as the person does there job and is cordial/nice at work... what they do on a social network should never even come into it.

      yes it is justifiable! thats what is wrong with people now...too damn passive... if someone hits you...hit them back...if they hit you harder...hit them harder...and by god if you can't hit hard with your hands.... find a really big stick and whack them!
