Just so you know, it's pretty well-known on the internet nowadays that people who ask this question are a bit out of the loop. Sometimes people come up to me and ask me what "am I." Like, what race I am. It makes me feel the same way. Mostly like, what the fuck, is it the census already? Or what if someone asked you your sexual orientation, or if you're a natural blonde, or if you have a history of hemorrhoids in your family, or are your tits real, or whatever.
The gist is that it's sort of rude to ask someone who doesn't offer the information to you. I'm not terribly offended at this point in my life because I get asked this like once a week, but other people may get super pissed. Just something to be aware of! -
