Scrabble is fun, though the last time I played an actual physical board game was a long, long time ago. Card games: I used to be pretty good at cribbage.

Definitely, the best event so far in 2011 was paying off all my debt. But it didn't just "happen" to me - I worked hard, for years, to make it happen. And now I've got a surplus of money and the luxury to save, or spend, as I wish and still live a good life.

There's countless ways to make a teddy bear more awesome! Chainsaw would be great but only if the bear has thumbs, otherwise the bear would be the butt of the joke.

I used to believe that. I also used to eat ketchup sandwiches. I did not know at the time how much sugar goes into most ketchups, or at least the kinds my parents bought when I was a kid.
But one morning recently I realized that everything in my breakfast had a sweetener added: cream and sugar in my coffee, jam on my toast, and ketchup on both my eggs and bacon. It was time to stop.
These days I only put cream in my coffee, eat the bacon dry, and put salsa on my eggs (and a little crumbled bleu cheese, or maybe some shredded pepper jack).
I still put jam on my toast, though. -
I've donated to the International Red Cross in support of the earthquake in Japan. I've also given money to help a little girl in Canby who is very sick.

Short answer is: I was dating a woman this past summer, and in September we broke up. Since then I haven't written much of anything publicly; it's all been in a journal as I've been processing it. I'm sure that inspiration will return to me. Soon (I hope).
