      not trying to be mean or obnoxious or anything along those lines, but i see enormous similarities between yours and other flickr members photographs. I just think it would be beneficial to you if you tried to imcorperate your own ideas in your images.

      thanks for letting me know your opinion, because i notice these sorts of similarities a lot on flickr, but just to let you know, i am very much inspired by a lot of the work on flickr, however i would never say that there are enormous similarities, because i encorporate what inspiration i have taken from them into my own ideas. also, about 80% of my photographs are not inspired by flickr at all and are my own ideas completely or inspired from elsewhere. if there are "enormous similarities" then i apologise but this has never been my intention and it would upset me for people to think i just copy others. unless i have been subconciously taking others' ideas, i see no reason why they would be so similar and i would never try to do that intentionally. it would be nice to know some examples of this, just so i can be aware of where this scenario has taken place.

      oh wow thank you. i don't know who you are but that means a lot, not only because i am really surprised to have people actually enjoy my work, but also because i am so used to looking at other photographers' work in awe, and so it is strange for me to be the one who's work people like :)
