When I want to be alone, I would go to a cafe and read an interesting book. This makes me miss the cafe culture in Hong Kong where the cafes actually have a book case chock full of classics and best sellers in almost all of their coffee joints.

Best piece of advice someone has ever given me is to trust nobody 100% because in the end, you leave this world alone anyway... so every decision made and every action you take should be carried out by your OWN rules. I've asked myself this question many times before, and the answer is Yes, I do have regrets. But by admitting to having regrets, I am also admitting to some mistakes I've made in the past, whether they were silly mistakes or not - it doesn't matter. I've learnt a lot from reflecting on my regrets, and they've slowly transformed into guidelines for how NOT to live. I've stopped dwelling on the silly mistakes I've made in the past because I've got something to focus on for the future. I realised that lately, I'm less negative about the bad things that have happened in my past, and I think my boyfriend plays a bit of a major role in this.
