      Yes, I would. Of course it would effect my sex life... haha. If that was a problem in our relationship then there are ways to help the disorder. If you love someone, you love everything about them.... flaws, disorders and all.

      breakfast ~
      1 scrambled egg
      1/4 cup cottage cheese
      2 turkey sausage links
      bit of tomato, onion and spices
      mix all of the above and put on a toasted piece of whole grain bread

      lunch ~
      spinach + iceburge lettuce salad
      lots of veggies
      2 crackers
      1-2 tablespoons buttermilk ranch dressing
      a cup of assorted, mixed fruit

      dinner ~
      really depends and varies
      mostly boneless, skinless chicken meals
      or use ground turkey to make meals
      we always have a meat and veggies with our dinner

      It wasn't hard for me because I'm such a routine person and don't tire of things easily so I just set up a plan and then modified/changed it as I continued to lose!
