My friend and I have been talking about seeing Underworld for weeks so I'm gonna make her go see it on Valentine's Day :D

I believe Valentine's Day should be about all kinds of love, not just romantic love, so celebrating with friends I love is a-ok too. And because I'm a dork, I'm gonna buy her some chocolate roses :P

I don't know what happened to Thai anons :( I guess the inevitable happened and they moved on lol. I think must of us they asked questions to stopped asking regularly too so that's no doubt boring for them. I definitely think its more a mixture of being polite and not wanting to bother people with the fine details of your life, as well as the insecurity I guess you could say that the person asked merely out of courtesy, not coz they actually care and also that, yeah you don't want to talk about it if its bad sometimes lol. So I think all those things are part of it. For me its pretty much always the fact I feel people ask out of courtesy, same goes for when I go to a shop/bank and they ask how my day was, its always "good thanks." XD

I also hate small talk so I guess that contributes lol

IKR! Believe me I am just as shocked, but now I wonder if maybe Jess' flamboyant gayness was all a cover to take the attention away from the real gay one. I doubt it though xD With Jess, sooooooo many people all around the world, including Korea, think she's gay or at least some what gay. It would be crazy for that many people to be so wrong...right? That's another reason why I am still confused by her.

As for Tiffany I guess I wasn't completely wrong with her, back when these gay questions started I said I thought Fany was confused and the change of culture just made things more confusing for her. She's had a very gay 12 months now so I guess she's no longer confused~ lol. There's the reason I mentioned in the previous question about her using gender-neutral terms as well as that interview she did with Singles (?) magazine where she said there's never a time when seeing someone of the opposite sex gives her butterflies (or whatever it was) which I find really interesting. Why be so specific in saying someone of the opposite sex? Again it seems like she's being conscious of the language she's using. Fany says she has a passion for writing which means on some level she understands the importance of language and the words you use in conveying a message. Obviously it doesn't prove she's gay LOL but its interesting thing to observe when she's so careful choosing her words.

Finally we have her possible slip up when talking to that dude from seoulbeats when asked who her ideal Korean guy was she said she didn't have/couldn't think of one coz she hasn't been asked in so long... uhm, what? Even if you haven't been asked in a while, you aren't blind, surely there is a gay who is a celebrity in Korea that, if you're straight, or even if you're not, you can think of to answer. Unless you REALLY don't pay attention to guys! That's more eye opening than Jess always saying Daniel Henney. Which on that note, brings me to something else about Tiffany...

people always used Sica's never changing ideal man as evidence for her gay, but what about Tiffany? She stuck with Dennis Oh and I think one other dude, for years and now can't even be bothered thinking of one? LOL! When she does list Americans as her ideal types there really isn't a "type" or anything there, she just seems to go for a bunch of pin up boys who every young girl likes.

To be fair, I think Tiffany is very dream and work focused, her mind is on that not on boys (if she is straight) and so its no surprise she has no real ideal guy I guess, but when you mix all the above together, can't help but wonder a little but more and give her the gayest soshi member rank now.

Oh oh oh and recently I went back and was watching Factory Girl. When I first watched it it was my intro to soshi so I 1) wasn't a big Tiffany fan so didn't pay a lot of close attention to her 2) just assumed she was straight, as one would usually do. Going back and watching it with a different perspective was interesting. Back then she was very much "boy crazy" right... and I believe in her eyes she was too, but interestingly (to me anyway) when boys where mentioned and she was doing something else or if they weren't specifically talking about guys they liked, her attitude about boys was very neutral, quite different from the "OOMGGGGGASS I LOVE RAIN SO MUCH I'M GONNA MARRY HIM!^___________^ " girl she seemed to be about boys back then (yes I know FG was 08 and her Rain loving/marrying was predebut but its an example). So its not a case of her now growing up and changing her focus to work, back in those days, when she may have thought she was straight or been confused, when she wasn't in her boy crazy mood it was like she didn't even think twice about males, they were 'just' males, while Yuri and Sooyoung were giggling all over the place lol.

Its been soo long since I've done this, especially answered such long soshi gay questions that I feel the need to put a disclaimer reminder xD Even when I seem like I am 100% serious and certain, I am very aware that this is all surface observations. I don't know the girls, who really knows whats going on. When I say "back when she was confused" doesn't mean I really mean she was confused, I just mean imo its likely that this may have been the case.

There's no black and white facts here, so take everything with a grain of salt and believe what you want to believe, that's what I do :)

Just over a year ago most of the KPL staff (except maybe one) that you would have known quit together after power changed hands. Without the old time writers and translators like Gloria, Jen and Maria Z it fell through pretty quickly and I guess they weren't able to recover?

Its a shame really considering how much work we all put into it from the start right? :( But hey, whatever, it introduced me to lots of great people I wouldn't have met otherwise :D Pretty much everyone is on twitter and still keeps in contact, you should join!

Again this guy has no right to threaten and manipulate the two of you like that and your gf should not have done what she did in the first place to put you both in this position! But, saying those things did happen, again they two of you would have to decide what to do. I personally think the very last thing you should do is give in to his "commands" because whats to say he will live up to his side of things and it gives him the power to possibly do something like this again to either you guys or someone else. Giving in to him just condones his behaviour in a way, the best thing to do would be trying to find a way to get the tape back without doing what he has asked, coz obviously you wouldn't want him to watch it either.

Firstly, your gf really should not have done that without your consent or knowledge! Even if it was meant to only be private for you too, it was still an invasion of your own privacy by doing it without telling you! And to not delete it after you asked her to shows some lack of respect for your privacy, wishes and autonomy as well.

By now you've probably decided whether to tell her not. Personally i think the guilt if you don't tell her will eat away at you and ultimately affect your relationship with her anyway, your behaviour around her and attitude towards her will probably change and she'd probably notice the difference and be worried too. Whether you tell her or not doesn't change what happened and I wouldn't trust this guy to not spread it around where it will eventually end up with her hearing it anyway, and that will hurt her even more than if you told her straight up yourself.

You aren't a whore. Your reasons for what you did don't justify your actions but they do make your reasoning different from someone who sleeps around because they want to. If you do/did decide to tell her, explaining the whole situation and how you were/are feeling would be best. While telling her may get rid of the guilt, it may also leave the situation in a worse place than it already was, but you have to decide what you feel is right to do, not just for you anymore, but for her also.

Firstly, you shouldn't feel pressured to do anything you don't want to do, from either him or her. It sounds like he took advantage of your situation and insecurities to get what you want, and that is not cool (on his part). But on an individual level for you, this may have helped clear some things in your head. I'm not saying what you did was right or wrong, but its what you felt you needed to do at the time for maybe a number of reasons. I can't change what has happened, you can only control how you will deal with it from now on and learn from it so you won't feel pressured in the situation in the future.

So sorry for taking so long with answering this :( December/January are busy months~ By now your situation has probably changed quite a bit.

As for how things were then, idk how old you are, but you sound like you're still not so comfortable, or maybe not even sure entirely, of your own sexuality. And thats ok, these things take time and take experiences like yours to figure out what we want.

Right now I think Tiffany is the gayer of the two. Two-three years ago I would never have thought I'd be saying this but its like in the last year she's come to realise it herself or something. She has this new thing were she avoids using gender specific terms, so rather than saying "husband" for the future she'll say "one I love" or "partner", that's something gay/bi people often do. There's no reason for a straight person to make something harder for themselves in their third language (Japanese) by avoiding gender specific terms. That seems quite telling to me and raises my suspicions.

With Jess, I really can't freaking tell anymore, sigh. Like, when I see pretty much any airport/casual pic of her my gaydar buzzes like crazy! She has this super lesbian aura that just surrounds her. But then when she talks about stuff and everything thats happened (obviously not including the drama coz that's acting) over the past year just makes her seem so straight xD So the only thing I now really base her current level of gayness off is a "feeling", which obviously isn't trustworthy so I am working on accepting straight!Sica... its really fucking hard hahahahahahaha

Oh also, I've heard a lot of different, contradicting rumours from a lot of very different sources, but they all seem to have on thing in common, Tiffany likes the lahdies~ There's a lot of smoke surrounding her possible fire~
