Please help make me feel better here: I studied for my permit, but failed because I was too retarded to comprehend that the item taped to my desk supplied the road signs needed to answer some questions. What's the dumbest thing you've ever done?
Just about every day I do something idiotic like that. I'll have something written out right in front of me and be asking "Where's XYZ? I can't find it!" only to have someone point it out right under my nose! It happens often enough that it would be difficult to cite specific examples.
